Submission deadline extended to Feb 3

Due to many requests, we are extending the submission deadline to February 3, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth, AoE) for:

  • Extended abstracts (600–1200 words)
  • Published-article track

We warmly welcome submissions from academia as well as industry, government, and NGOs.

Publication opportunity. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the conference online proceedings (with a DOI) and will be openly available on the conference website. We are also exploring special issue opportunities in reputed journals in computer science and GIScience; further details will be shared in early February.

Awards and travel support. GeoAI 2026 will include Best Paper/Presentation Awards. In addition, travel grants will be available for early-career researchers; details and application instructions will be announced in early February.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and to welcoming you at GeoAI 2026.
